Americas Cardroom Creates Punta Cana Poker Classic Extravaganza with 16 Additional Packages Between October 1st and 9th.
Halloween might be over a month away, but Americas Cardroom is doling out the treats nice and early. The US-facing online poker site has just added nine additional satellites awarding 16 packages for this year’s Punta Cana Poker Classic. Online poker players can win their all-inclusive poker vacation for as little as $5.

Between Saturday, October 1st and Sunday, October 9th. Americas Cardroom has added nine satellites that guarantee a total of 16 prize packages. The new satellites are in addition to the $50+5 Beast and Sit & Crush satellites that guaranteed a total of 7 packages each Sunday night. That means there are 30 guaranteed prize packages up for grabs over nine days.
Players will find one satellite each day between October 1st and 9th. The buy-ins range from $5+0.50 to $200+15 and the start times vary as well. Each Punta Cana Poker Classic prize package includes the $1,500+150 buy-in to the $500k GTD Main Event, 6-night accommodations for two at the 5-star Melia Caribe Tropical, roundtrip airfare up to $800, free golf, a $250 spa credit and more.
Also included in four of the 16 packages are entries to the $3000+200 High Roller event, set to take place on Saturday, October 29th at 4pm. The addition of the High Roller seats brings the value of those packages up to $8,100.
No matter which package players win, they’ll also receive six $50 tickets to use for Sit & Go 2.0 Live or Jackpot Poker. Sit & Go 2.0 is Americas Cardroom’s newest online poker innovation that’s being called the next evolution of poker. It can offer more winners and bigger prize pools in every game, plus has a progressive jackpot component.
This year’s Punta Cana Poker Classic takes place from October 25th to 31st at an all-new venue, the luxurious Melia Caribe Tropical in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Organizers have reserved The Level section of the all-inclusive resort, creating a private poker paradise.
